Boero’s Metallic Grit, micro glass bead, metallic gel coating provides the look of mica, beach sand with the enhanced sparkle and durability of micro glass beads.  This water-based, low VOC coating is applied directly over a similar color in eggshell paint to create a wide array of metallic effects.

Metallic Grit creates a coarse metallic effect and can be applied using a microfiber roller, then Back-Troweled or Back-Brushed or Brushed-On directly. For enhanced durability and exterior use, a clearcoat is recommended. A quart covers approximately 60 - 80 sq. ft., depending on technique.
