Cheerful Vintage Polkadot Print 1970s Button up blouse. Covered in various sized white polkadots on a black background. Four buttons. One breast pocket on the left. There was a label at one time but someone cut it out. A rayon or poly blend, I'd say. Larger size too!

Excellent vintage condition. The only thing I can find is the seam ahs loose threads where they cut out the label inside the collar. This of course doesn't affect the appearance or wearability of this blouse at all and is basically a non issue. But I do like to let you guys know what I find.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at Bust and Waist.
Shoulder to shoulder: 18"
Armpit to armpit across bust: 41"
Waist: 42"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 23"
